Those are the famous words all previous campers are aware of, for this camp is not like any other camp. In fact this August 21st, brothers and sisters will be packing their belongings and leaving their cities with a life changing intention. From across Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, a new young Muslim generation arises with the purpose of breaking the shackles of this dunya and igniting a new era.
A light amidst the darkness, a beacon of hope, a glimmer of what could become. What is Camp Sunnah all about? Camp Sunnah is a professional Islamic development initiative. Scholars from around the world are brought to the rocky mountains and connected with successful applicants from across western Canada. Phenomenal seminars of the highest caliber are given through out the day with activities in between including swimming, horseback riding, and archery. From fajr to isha, every second is squeezed to its full potential delivering so much Ilm and experience.

Camp Sunnah has successfully been serving the Ummah for the past decade making this one the 10th and the biggest planned yet. Records in fact this year for the number of applicants have already been broken, and the waiting list is even greater. For those who were not able to make it be ready for next year, and keep an eye for other NYM events coming to a city near you such as: Generation Muslim 6.0
For those accepted, begin the process from now with dua and extra acts of worship. The more you prepare and give for the camp the more it will give to you. We hope to in Sha Allah see you all soon.
